CAP stands for Community Access Program. What does that mean? It means that you have a site located in your town that has internet access for free! Learn basic computer skills. Perhaps you don't have an e-mail address and you want to stay connected with friends, we here at the CAP center can help you out. What about other computer skills, like microsoft works or even FACEBOOK!!! All for FREE!!!
